Ideal as an alternative to ball games, the circuit can be installed around the pitches to provide more demanding play leading to measurable progress as part of the National Curriculum.

Senior Fitness Trail

We are talking serious levels of fitness here with the big beam and rope climb demanding strength, the horizontal ladder and the net / ladder climber requiring agility and the log stack and burma bridge needing control; all against the clock, of course.
